Alex Windsor announces she’s signed with AEW

Alex Windsor is All Elite.
After losing to Syuri in a IWGP Women’s title match at a Pro Wrestling Eve show on Friday, Windsor grabbed a microphone and said that tonight’s match was special as it would be her final match for Pro Wrestling Eve and her final match on the independent scene for a very long time. She said the hard work was only about to begin as she has signed with AEW.
Windsor has been wrestling for sixteen years, having wrestled in the UK independent scene as well as working in Japan for TJPW and Mexico for CMLL. She’s also wrestled for NJPW and has done some work for AEW and ROH. So far this year, she unsuccessfully challenged Athena for the ROH Women’s title at ROH Global Wars Australia in February and also had a match with Toni Storm during the 2025 Jericho Cruise. She is in a relationship with fellow AEW star Will Ospreay.
Another new member of the AEW roster made their in-ring debut during the four-hour Fyter Fest event on Wednesday with former Stardom star Thekla quickly defeating Lady Frost.
