Ace Austin is thanking TNA as he enters free agency.

The former Tag Team Champion took to social media to thank his former promotion, saying it will always be his first home.

“There’s so much to be said about how phenomenal the last 6 years have been,” he said. “It’s impossible to caption how much this time has meant to me. I’m grateful for every moment and I’m incredibly proud of the part I played. Representing the company across the world was an honor. This will always be my first home.”

He also opened the door for a return down the road.

“They gave me an opportunity to shine and I gave them some of the best years of my life. Together we flourished. One of the best things about #TNA is the door always swings both ways,” he concluded.

Scott D’Amore announced Austin would be leaving the promotion last month, writing in the column that his departure was amicable. His last match for TNA was a loss to Mustafa Ali that was taped on May 2. He had been with the promotion since 2019 and during that time held the TNA Tag Team titles three times with Chris Bey and the X Division Championship three times.
